High Performance Assessment
The High Performance Assessment is aimed at high school seniors or graduates with a maximum of 2 years having finished high school studies in any high school in Peru, who placed in the upper third order of merit of their class or who graduated with an International Baccalaureate Diploma. *Applicants must have placed in the upper third order of merit of their class in 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade in high school, and obtained an average minimum grade of B- in each of these years.
- Fill the personal data form
- Make the bank deposit for the registration fee for the High Performance Assessment.
- Send the bank deposit receipt to the Admissions Office, or send the electronic receipt by e-mail to inscripciones@utec.edu.pe
- Bring the following documents to the Admission Office:
- Original studies certificate for the six years of high school.
- Copy of Official ID.
- Certificate as proof that the applicant belonged to the upper third of the class. *
- Two current ID size photos with white backgrounds
- Resolution from CONADIS that certifies that the applicant is disabled. **
* Average minimum grade of B-.
** Only for applicants who apply by the Method of Disability.
Costs
The Registration Fee is S/. 500.
Agenda
- Knowledge test (Mathematical Reasoning and Science):
- 1. Physics: Vectorial analysis, cinematics, statics, dynamics, work and energy, fluid statics, thermal physics, and electrostatics.
- 2. Chemistry: Materials and composition, atomic structure, modern periodic table, chemical bonds, nomenclature of inorganic compounds, substance quantity, stoichiometry, gas, solutions, and introduction to the organic chemistry.
- Critical Reading and Writing
- English
- Practical Test
- Personal Interview
