Following the success of the first two editions, Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC) invites the general public to the third UTEC Open Day, including free admission for everyone. The event seeks to bring together youth interested in engineering so that they can experience it before entering the university and experience the latest in technology. The event will take place on February 9th at the modern UTEC campus in Barranco, and will consist of informative lectures, guided tours of the university laboratories, workshops with drones, nao robots, Qbot 2, 3D printers, energy simulartors, digital fabrication and much more.
UTEC Open Day is the space that will put the ingenuity of the attending audience into action. It is an opportunity to live the UTEC experience and enjoy activities brimming with technology. In addition, they will present the educational concepts of UTEC academic programs: Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering and all the new academic programs being taught since the 2017-01 academic semester: Mechatronic Engineering, Bioengineering, Environmental Engineering and Computer Science.
