Sensors, Actuadors, MEMS 4 Industrial Instrumentation
  • The course will introduce the principles of operation of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS ) and the technology used to manufacture them. Scale factors and boundary conditions involved in the realization of such devices shall be considered.
