Julien Noel
He holds M.S. and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University (FIU), Miami, Florida USA. He has significant experience in the semiconductor industry and university teaching in France, United States, Canada and Peru. He has published scientific articles in IEEE, Physica C, Circuits World, among others. He is a senior member of the IEEE.
