Rafael Vera Pomalaza
He holds a PhD in Administrative Sciences, an M.S. in Systems and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. He has developed a computerized Quality System for international accreditation processes for Engineering Programs. He specializes in Renewable Energy and has extensive significant college teaching experience and substantial experience in companies in the energy, telecommunications and information technology industries.
