Víctor Murray Herrera
He holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering Degree from PUCP, having graduated valedictorian of his graduating class and is a Senior Member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers). He obtained his M.S. and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico (UNM) in 2005 and 2008 respectively. He has extensive experience in the development of adaptive reconfigurable hardware, for example for the USA Air Force research laboratories in addition to developing medical image treatment methods and algorithms used to detect diseases. Winner of the 2014 STC.UNM Innovation Award for his patent in the USA.
