Samuel Charca Mamani
Holds a B.SC. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad San Antonio Abad de Cuzco, and has earned a master’s and a doctorate degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in materials and structural design from Universidad de Puerto Rico-Mayaguea. His area of interest focuses on structural design as well as damage analysis and detection in metallic and non-metallic structural materials.
