Master of Public administration, The Maxwell School at Syracuse University; Master of regional and population studies, Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and Bachelor of Economics, Universidad del Pacífico. Former director of Techo.org, he has served in many positions for the Peruvian government like the Peruvian conditional cash transfer program—Juntos, The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, and The Ministry of Education.
